IT IS COMPRISED OF ABBOTT HOUSE STAFF, THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND MENTAL HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS.
