The Maryland Center for the Visual and Performing Arts' (MDCFA) mission is to provide a broad range of creative and collaborative experiences in quality education, presentation and exhibits in all disciplines of the Arts. MDCFA is dedicated to the establishment of a visual and performing arts center in Harford Co. Md.
