Mission Statement

This Corporation is organized and operating for charitable purposes within the meaning of Sections 501(c)3 of the IRS Code of 1986, as subsequently amended. The Corporation will raise funds by any legal means. The funds will be used to assist needy families in the Tampa Bay area, specifically, but not limited to the time span from Thanksgiving through the New Year.
