Mission Statement

1. Develop and provide educational programs through which rural school districts can share educational opportunities across rural school district lines. 2. Engage in educational research regarding the nature and problems of rural school districts. 3. Develop and create new and innovative ways that rural school districts can share transportation, buildings, staff, etc. in order to be able to operate more efficiently and effectively.
