Mission Statement

THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO REPRESENT THE FACULTY AND LIBRARIANS AT THE NINE STATE UNIVERSITIES IN MASSACHUSETTS AND DEVELOP AND ADVOCATE POLICIES FOR IMPROVING THE WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS AND NEGOTIATE A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING CONTRACT AND ENFORCE THIS CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF ITS MEMBERS.
