MEALS ON WHEELS BLUFFTON-HILTON HEAD PROVIDES NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND WELLNESS CHECKS TO ELDERLY, ILL, DISABLED, AND HOMEBOUND INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN BLUFFTON AND ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO REDUCE HUNGER AND ISOLATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY OR DECLINING HEALTH, ENABLING THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY WITH DIGNITY.
