The Meaning Foundation the Organization or TMF is a non-profit organization committed to eliminating barriers to meaningful employment for the formerly incarcerated. We believe that adaptive combination of foundation healing workforce development and meaningful employment is the most powerful mechanism for enabling long-term human transformation and multi-generational socioeconomic impact.
