TO PROMOTE THE MECOSTA COUNTY AREA AS A SITE FOR CONVENTIONS AND MEETINGS AND AS A DESTINATION FOR VISITORS RESULTING IN THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE GENERAL ECONOMIC WELFARE OF THE AREA.
