TO PROVIDE RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGICAL, DENTAL, AND OTHER RELATED MEDICAL SERVICES TO POOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH A FOCUS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN WITH SEVERE CONGENITAL DEFORMITIES.
