THE TRUST IS A PERPETUAL CARE FUND FOR THE MEMORY GARDENS OF EDNA INCORPORATED CEMETERY. THE NET INCOME OF THE TRUST IS PAID TO MEMORY GARDENS OF EDNA INCORPORATED CEMETERY TO PROVIDE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CEMETERY.
