Mission Statement

Merced Housing Texas mission is to create and strengthen healthy communities by providing quality, affordable housing with supportive services for individuals, families, and older adults living in low-income households. Merced offers three core programs: multifamily affordable housing, critical home repairs, and residents services. Merced serves individuals who make at/below 80% Area Median Income (AMI). Most individuals we assist have incomes between 30-60% AMI.
