DEVELOPERS AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SEEKING LOANS FROM MERCY COMMUNITY CAPITAL MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROPERTY WILL SERVE A RESIDENT BASIS WHERE THE FAMILY'S AVERAGE MEDIUM INCOME CANNOT EXCEED 80% OF THE AREA MEDIUM INCOME. MERCY COMMUNITY CAPITAL HAS HELPED FINANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SINGLE- AND MULTI-FAMILY HOMES FOR RENTAL AND HOMEOWNERSHIP. THESE DEVELOPMENTS SERVE A VARIETY OF PEOPLE, INCLUDING LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS, THE WORKING POOR, SENIORS, FARM WORKERS, FORMERLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
