Mission Statement

Meridian Health Community Foundation, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and goodwill purposes, more specifically to provide a wide range of community-based health services for at-risk youth, families, women and other disadvantaged populations. We provide programs and services that improve the lives and social skills of young adults through programs, preventive and on-site medical care, counseling and advocacy.
