TO PREVENT AND EXTINGUISH FIRES THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE COMMUNITY, RENDER ASSISTANCE AS A PUBLIC SERVICE OF ANY AND ALL KINDS RELATING TO FIRE SERVICES, RESCUE, FIRST RESPONDERS, COMMUNITY FUNCTIONS.
