TO PROVIDE SIX (6) UNITS OF AFFORDABLE SUPPORTIVE HOUSING IN STAMFORD, CT FOR CHRONICALLY ILL INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES WITH INCOME MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF HUD'S SECTION 811 PROGRAM, WHICH REQUIRES THAT A RESIDENT'S INCOME BE LESS THAN FIFTY PERCENT (50%) OF THE AREA MEDIAN.
