Mission Statement

Mary Immaculate Transportation is a non-profit paratransit company that was formed to provide competent and compassionate door-through-door assistance and transportation to medical appointments, shopping trips, and social outings for mostly frail and low income elders and persons with disabilities. Effective the year ending December 31, 2022, in order to improve the quality of care and to seize opportunities from economies of scale, all MI Transportation's operations and assets were moved into an affiliate organization, the MI Nursing Restorative Nursing Center. Accordingly, for the period covered by this Form 990, MI Transportation was inactive. As of the end of this tax year, MI Transportation has not yet been formally terminated as a standing entity.
