MAP PRIMARILY SERVES PEOPLE FACING BARRIERS TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY RESULTING FROM DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, MENTAL ILLNESS, ADDICTION, HOMELESSNESS, AND/OR RESTRICTED ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT.
