Mission Statement

To utilize research and communication to educate, represent the interests of, and provide technical assistance to local governments and other governmental agencies in the state of Michigan in matters involving regulated utilities including state regulatory processes and direct business relationships those local governments may have with utility companies to keep costs down and reduce the adverse impacts of energy production on public health and the environment
