TO PROMOTE EFFECTIVE RISK MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC ENTITIES, EDUCATE ITS MEMBERS IN RISK MANAGEMENT AND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO ARE PURSUING A CAREER IN RISK MANAGEMENT.
