THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO FOSTER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY PROGRAMS AMONG ITS MEMBERS WHICH CONSIST OF GUIDANCE, CAREER, OR JOB COUNSELORS AT PUBLIC OR PRIVATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN THE MID-EASTERN REGION OF THE UNITED STATES.
