Mission Statement

The purpose of this organization is to educate, support, and foster the skills of beekeepers using current best management practices, to share experience and methods on improving honey production for backyard beekeepers and businesses, and provide the members of the association an opportunity to purchase honey bees and queens. The association will also inform and educate the public on the importance of honey bees for pollination, food, and safe pesticide usage via community outreach and other events.
