THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE MUSIC AND ART IN THE WINONA, MN AND LA CROSSE, WI REGION BY CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS, STIMULATING DOWNTOWN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND PROVIDING DIVERSE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FORARTISTS AND THE COMMUNITY.
