It is the mission of Midland Adults Services to render residential, employment, job training, day habilitation, social and recreational services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Midland is committed to the principles of self-direction and choice. In conjunction with the individual, their family, and other key stakeholders, Midland develops and implements a service plan that encompasses all major components of Residential, Employment, and full participation.Midland Residential operates community-based group homes and apartments. Nearly all of Midlands residential programs are licensed under N.J.A.C.10:44A, however our organization also operates unlicensed apartments funded through the Division of Developmental Disabilities Supports Waiver.
