TO PROVIDE A PREMIER CONFERENCE THAT WILL SERVE COACHES ACROSS THE MIDWEST REGION WITH QUALITY EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY-BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES AND OUTREACH TO EXPAND THE VISIBILITY OF THE COACHING PROFESSION.
