TO PROVIDE SUITABLE ECONOMICALLY VIABLE OFFICE SPACE FOR SOCIAL SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS IN THE MONTCLAIR AND LARGER NEW JERSEY COMMUNITY WHOSE MISSION IT IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE, DISTRESSED NEIGHBORHOODS AND AT-RISK COMMUNITIES.
