TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE THE MINERVA CLUBHOUSE AND GROUNDS, AND TO PROVIDE PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE LANDMARK FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GOAL AS ALLOWED BY LAW.
