TO AFFORD ITS MINOR CHILDREN MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE, TRAIN AND COMPETE IN AQUATIC ACTIVITIES AT THE AMATEUR LEVEL UNDER A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT WHILE CONCURRENTLY DEVELOPING A HIGH STANDARD OF HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND GOOD SPORTMANSHIP WITHIN THEM AND THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP.
