Mission Statement

THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO SUPPORT THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL HOUSING IN THE MIRALESTE NEIGHBORHOOD AND GREATER RANCHO PALOS VERDES, IN A MANNER THAT INVOLVES REASONABLE LAND USE PLANNING, INCLUDING USE OF LOCAL RESOURCES, INFRASTRUCTURE, RETAIL AVAILABILITY, TRAFFIC CONCERNS, SAFETY NEEDS, AND ZONING LAWS.
