TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS BY STOPPING THE FLOW OF UNWANTED ANIMALS INTO SHELTERS THAT EUTHANIZE PETS AND TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY REGARDING RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP AND THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING TO PREVENT OVER POPULATION OF UNWANTED ANIMALS.
