The areas served are various, and the organization works closely with the Uno a Uno Foundation, Honduras Minister of Health (MoH) and other agencies that seek Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) assistance. The areas of principle concern are in La Montana de la Flor (MDLF), northetern Francisco Morazan department and home to the indigenous Tolupan, Nueva Capital SW of Tegucipalpa, and other rural areas in proximity to these areas. The Honduran Foundation Uno a Uno assists Mission Honduras Le Mars, Inc. in the implementation of various programs and the distribution of equipment, food, supplies and other cares.
