THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION. SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION SHALL, IN CONFORMITY WITH THE RULES AND GUIDELINES OF NATIONAL COUNCIL OF PRESBYTERIAN FOURTH DAY MOVEMENTS, AND IN COOPERATION WITH THE PRESBYTERY OF MISSISSIPPI AND THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (USA), ORGANIZE AND PROVIDE SPIRITUAL RETREATS THAT PROMOTE AND CONFORM TO THE PRINCIPLES AND PURPOSES OF THE CURSILLO MOVEMENT. THE AIM OF THE CURSILLO MOVEMENT IS TO EQUIP, TRAIN, AND ENABLE PEOPLE TO A) UNDERSTAND AND EMBRACE THE FUNDAMENTALS OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A CHRISTIAN; B) DISCOVER AND FULFILL THEIR SPIRITUAL VOCATIONS; AND C) FORM CORE GROUPS OF CHRISTIANS WHO ACTIVELY SEEK TO EVANGELIZE THEIR ENVIRONMENTS WITH THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.
