THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO COLLECT A PROVIDER TAX TO ENHANCE MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENTS TO AMBULANCE SERVICE PROVIDERS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE BETTER HEALTH SERVICES TO THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE.
