NCL IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION COMPOSED OF MOTHER AND DAUGHTER GROUPS, ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501C 3 OF THE IRS CODE OF 1954 OR THE CORRESPONDING, PROVISIONS OF ANY FUTURE US INTERNAL REVENUE LAW AND TO FOSTER THE MOTHER DAUGHTER RELATIONSHIP THROUGH THOSE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS.
