TO ORGANIZE AND CONDUCT AN ANNUAL EVENT CALLED HERITAGE DAYS, THAT PROMOTES THE MOUNT VERNON COMMUNITY AND RAISES FUNDS TO HELP SUPPORT VARIOUS COMMUNITY BASED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
