Mission Statement

Work collectively to secure and protect member's rights. Mt. Lebanon Education Association helps to meet the district's mission of providing the best education possible for each and every student by offering assistance to students to attend summer enrichment programs. Approximately 60 students were awarded funds to attend programs Various Mt. Lebanon Local Association members attended the following conferences: Collective Bargaining Conferences, Region Leadership Conferences and Gettysburg Summer Leadership Conferences. Approximately 50 members hold elected positions. Mt. Lebanon Education Association continued bargaining for a new contract. There are approximately 440 members in the collective bargain unit.
