BY ASSISTING OWNERS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITIES IN OBTAINING GOVERNMENTAL AND FOUNDATION GRANTS AND AWARDS TO FUND THE REHABILITATION, IMPROVEMENT, FINANCING AND OPERATION OF THOSE COMMUNITIES.
