THE VISION OF THE MSC IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY MS THROUGH A COLLABORATIVE MATIONAL NETWORK OF INDEPENDENT MS ORGANIZATIONS.
