TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE THE SAFE AND COURTEOUS SPORT OF SNOWMOBILING, TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE SNOWMOBILE FACILITIES AND TRAILS, AND TO ENGAGE IN SOCIAL AND FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES IN LINE WITH THESE PURPOSES.
