THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDED BENEFITS TO ITS POLICE OFFICER MEMBERS CONSISTENT WITH THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION. IN ADDITION, THIS ORGANIZATION FUNDED LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP, CHARITIES, AND PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
