Mission Statement

THIS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE TUITION ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS WHO RESIDE WITHIN LOW ACHIEVING SCHOOL DISTRICTS, MEEET THE OSTC STANDARDS OR THE EITC STANDARDS AS DEFINED BY THE PA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
