THE PURPOSES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC INTEREST OF THE METROPOLITAN NASHVILLE AREA AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES BY PROMOTING DIVERSITY IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE STUDY, PRACTICE, ADJUDICATION AND INSTRUCTION OF LAW; REPRESENT AND TO ADVOCATE THE INTERESTS OF NASHVILLE HISPANIC ATTORNEYS AND THE COURTESY AMONG ASSOCIATION MEMBERS AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION; TO COOPERATE WITH OTHER STANDING MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION; ADVOCATE THE INTEGRATION OF THE HISPANICS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE STUDY, PRACTICE, ADJUDICATION AND INSTRUCTION OF LAW; ENCOURAGE THE ADVANCEMENT OF HISPANIC STUDENTS IN THE PURSUIT OF LAW, AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITY NOT OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REGULATION.
