THE SITE FOR THIS NEW FACILITY IS FORT BENNING, GA THE HOME OF THE NEW MANEUVER CENTER OF EXCELLENCE. THE NEW MUSEUM WILL BE A UNIQUE ENVIRONMENT AND LANDSCAPE CENTERED AROUND A MULTIFACETED STRUCTURE THAT NOT ONLY PRESERVES AND PRESENTS HISTORY, BUT ALSO ACTIVELY SUPPORTS EDUCATION, RECRUITING, RETENTION, AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS. IN ADDITION, IT WILL PROVIDE RESOURCES TO SUPPORT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE FUTURE FORCE.
