U.S. CONSTITUTIONAL EDUCATION-THE GOAL AND PURPOSE OF THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR CONSTITUTIONAL STUDIES IS TO TEACH, RESEARCH, WRITE, PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE MATERIALS TO HELP CITIZENS BE MORE PRO-ACTIVE IN SUPPORT FOR CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT.
