Mission Statement

National Center for Youth Development NCYD delivered evidence-based cycling development for youth ages 4 -18 in 2024. Programs included bike programming and bike camps strength training coach training community outdoor rides destination trips community service and volunteer support at local to national racing events. NCYD served 85+ youth members and 25 adult members. NCYD facilitated an average of 50 hours of monthly year-round activity. Fees covered only program costs with up to 10% provided as scholarships or free services. All staff coaches and mentors completed background checks CPR First Aid and or SafeSport training.
