THE EXPECTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBERSHIP ARE ORGANIZED IN THE THREE PILLERS OF NCL-COMMUNITY SERVICE, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND CULTURAL EXPERIENCES. THE FIRST PILLER OF NCL IS FORMED BY PROVIDING LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS WORKING TO PROMOTE SOCIAL AWEARENESS BY WORKING IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIS WITH LOCAL NON-PROFIT GROUPS SUCH AS ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION, AMERICAN RED CROSS AND DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS. THE SECOND PILLER OF NCL-LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IS PRACTICED BY PROGRAMS THAT BUILD CAPABLE, COURAGEOUS LEADERS THROUGH OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN, REFLECT AND DEVELOP. SKILLS THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS TARGET ARE CONFIDENCE, CONSENSUS BUILDING, TEAM BUILDING AND CONFLICT RESO
