THE TARGET AUDIENCE OF THE CONSORTIUM IS ALL HIGH SCHOOLS, RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL, WITH SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS IN MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE, AND TECHNOLOGY. ALSO, THE CONSORTIUM HAS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE JOINT PROGRAMS WITH COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS INTERESTED IN MST INITIATIVES.
