THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO SUPPORT THROUGH EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS TO A TRUST FUND, EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ELEVATOR CONSTRUCTOR MECHANICS, ASSISTANT MECHANICS, HELPERS AND APPRENTICES.
