THE MISSION OF NISOA IS TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCCER AS A MAJOR SPORT IN THE UNITED STATES AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OFFICIATING AT THE COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVELS.
