THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS, HIGH-PERFORMANCE CLINICS & PROGRAMS, THE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TRACK & FIELD HALL OF FAME, AND DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAMS.
