Mission Statement

The primary purpose of the National Stearman Foundation is to host the annual Stearman Fly-in held each year during Labor Day week in Galesburg Illinois. In addition our event is to honor our Armed Services veterans and preserve the history of the iconic Stearman airplane which played such an important role during World War II.
